Senior Pastor

Pastor Lisa Bailey is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene,

and serves Reflection Church of the Nazarene as the Senior Pastor. She and her husband Phillip have been married for 42 years; they have 5 sons, and 13 grandchildren.

Pastor Lisa previously served on the Indianapolis District as an Associate Pastor at Grace Pointe, Fishers Point, and Second Chance Church. She also served on the Indianapolis District NDI (Nazarene Discipleship International) Board for 9 years, and continues to service on  The District Credentials Board, and as The FCMA (Fayette County Ministerial Association) Vice President. She’s been in ministry for over 14 years.

Pastor Lisa and Phillip also lead Becoming One Marriage Ministries Inc. a 501 c 3 where Pastor Lisa serves as the President/CEO of Becoming One since its creation and formation in 2017. Phillip serves as the Founder.  Pastor Lisa and her husband have led Marriage Enrichment Retreats for the past 16 years. www.becomingonemarriageministries.org 

Pastor Lisa loves Jesus and is passionate about preaching his word,

loving his people, and helping others strengthen their relationship with the Lord. She is an avid reader, loves to be involved in small groups, as well as serve in the community.

 

When not ministering, Pastor Lisa and Phillip enjoy time with their family, going for long  walks in nature, stopping often to take in beautiful waterfalls, mountain ranges, or wildlife;  and they especially love sitting on the beach watching the waves.
